This Week on YouTube: November 24, 2018

Last week, the ECHO USA headquarters in Lake Zurich, Chicago, acted as host to welcome the green industry professionals that were chosen to be the ECHO Means Business User Advisory Group (UAG) for 2019. What happened in Lake Zurich stays...in the new YouTube roundup!

User Advisory Group

"The moment all those selfies pay off" - that's a joke one of the new UAG members made on the flight to this event. If you're familiar with the User Advisory Group, you already know that it's not just about the selfies. It's about the hard work pros do to help you grow and learn. Watch the highlights of day one in this video by Richey Plemons (Plemons Lawncare) and learn a bit more about the UAG program.

Behind The Scenes

The EMB team, together with UAG members, enjoyed spending a couple of days at the ECHO USA headquarters. UAG member Shawn Spencer of Spencer Lawn Care takes us behind the scenes to show us all the fun the lawn care pros had at the event!

First day Highlights

UAG Member Julio Tome of Lawn Care Business Success showcases a little bit of each aspect of the meeting day: the learning session, the demo of some new products and the factory tour.

Factory Tour

The first day of the event included a tour of the production and distribution facility. The pros got to see where and how the outdoor power equipment brand is made! Michael Gunn of Gunn Landscaping put together a video featuring beautiful close-up shots of the products and even a piece of the talk about safety with the ECHO product team.

Warranty Talk With ECHO

It's not every day that you get a chance to meet the ECHO team and ask them questions. Here's a short piece of the talk about warranty concerns and production details, posted by James Randol of Randol Property Management & Improvement LLC.
