Before starting a sealcoating job, it’s important to review the property to see what you’re working with. Today I’ll be giving you guys a tour of this parking lot, and walking you through how I usually conduct a surface assessment. You’ll find there are lots of different types of cracking on this property, from alligatoring to bird bathing, so I’ll share some pointers on how we might go about repairing these.
