Samantha may not have known until a few years ago that landscape maintenance would become her path, but you wouldn’t be able to tell - she co-owns and operates Freedom Landscapes with the passion of a longtime lawn care pro.
Having initially started out as an HR professional, Samantha’s career pivoted after her partner, Josh, surprised her with the news that he had bought a landscaping company for them to run together. The rest is history!
In this video, we chat with Samantha about the genesis of the “Freedom Landscapes” name, the importance of holding onto solid employees, and the give-and-take involved when your life partner becomes your business partner.
