Yardbook is an amazing program for the price... FREE!

It offers all the options a company of my size needs at this point. I do wish there were some changes and upgrades, especially with the mobile app.
Other than that we will continue using the program for the foreseeable future.

I've used both, I would recommend yardbook for someone staring out because you can have A lot more information in one place. One of the main advantages is the routing.

I recommend yardbook and currently testing the iOS beta version. Free version is great for smaller companies and as you grow you can start using the paid version.

i use yard book also started with them for the free version. Then as i started growing i looked into others and i tried Jobber lowest plan then realized alot of features not available unless i pay $145 per month. So i canceled and decided to pay yard book for a few more features plus now i only pay 2% with the free version you pay 3.1% For now yard book has my business. Plus i send invoices and estimates , texts & emails from the my phone or tablet on yard book.

I use lawn pro software program to keep track all my business information. I have used other ones in the past and this one is one of the great priced product and updates very often. Others that I have used, once they update they make you pay to update. And that can get expensive.

I use yardbook for all of my invoicing whether it is a paper invoice or emailed invoice. However, I use a diferedent program for my accounting. I use a free accounting software called waveapps. I like it because it is really easy to understand and it is very good.

We use YardBook to process customers general info, property details, etc. Quickbooks to get custom reports, keep track of expenses, taxes, general accounting, send estimates, after approval and job is completed convert it into invoices.

TurfHop, hands down the BEST app available. I use it to manage my entire business - quotes, invoices, scheduling, mileage, expenses... everything. It’s awesome.

I was using yardbook.com for a couple of years, but I have since switched to using service autopilot. I'm really trying to grow this year, hoping to double my gross income (hoping net follows but thats TBD). I really wanted something that fully integrated with quickbooks in a 2 way sync. There is a steep learning curve and it's really expensive, but I'm prepared to pay a little more now and learn it well so hopefully someday I won't have to have a steep learning curve when my business is bigger.

I've been using QuickBooks self employed because I love its automatic mileage tracking feature, but have dabbled with Yardbook a few times, and I like it as well. I have a business degree from UGA and do most of my accounting in Excel and then import into Quickbooks, but I am sure I will find a better, more efficient system this year.

I have a business degree too but I struggled to keep the scheduling and invoicing efficient. Let me know if you’ve got a tip

We are considering signing up for QuickBooks. We currently use Jobber and we know it is easily connected with the program so we may try it out this season.

Like Abbie mentioned, we use Jobber currently. We were using excel sheets and then a free app called Joist. I currently still like using excel sheets just because of the personalization. But, on the apps, the invoicing, emailing, payments, etc are nice!
