We use Ethanol Shield and Echo Power Blend. We are seeing a lot about Echo Red Armor, so we will definitely try that out!

I mix 93 ethanol free fuel with Echo's Red Armor oil. I was told never to run anything less than 89 octane, 10% ethanol, because it will eat your carburetor's diaphragms. Especially in 2 cycle equipment.

Getting back on topic -

Imma' be honest with everyone ; I buy the next to cheapest stuff at Walmart for my 2 cycle oil. I think it's a synthetic blend.
I pour it into my smallest sure can, add gas to the can when I fill up my truck and mowers then shake it up. Done.

Have never had a problem with offbrand.

Been running the red armour from echo now for a whole season. I really like it and have made the switch. To be transparent echo did send me a six pack of the oil but I have since been buying it from my dealer. If your not using it you should check it out!!

I started using Red Armor last season and have been happy with the way the equipment has been running.

Started using Red armor last season when I got my new 3020T.
Runs real clean, starts easy. I run it hard and a lot of hours.
Plug and cylinder look great.
