What's one piece of equipment you want to buy this season that would speed up productivity and make you more money?

Even if you can't afford it, what is it?

For me I'd like to add a hand auger and a skid steer auger. We do a ton of plantings and basketball hoop installations and I know this would speed up labor time.

Thats my tool for now.

That would be cool to have.

For me I am thinking of buying a 3rd chainsaw, something on the smaller end like the Echo https://www.echo-usa.com/Products/Chain-Saws/CS-271T

or the Stihl MS 193 T https://www.stihlusa.com/products/product-selector/chain-saws-product-selector/

something that is light weight and can be used with one hand on small stuff when in the tree. I will also be looking at getting a wood chipper so i can turn brush and tree trimming into light wood stock mulch and resale.

I know you asked what 1 piece so for sure an extension pole for the PAS.

I will probably add a new mower to the lineup this Spring and perhaps replace my chipper sometime during the year.

Commercial Broadcast Spreader.

I used one of the Scotts broadcast spreader with plastic wheels. NOT FUN after 5000 sq ft.

Not a new tool but wrapping the truck -- think the marketing value of that will drive more $$

I am looking to change up my mower setup from a 52 stander and 36 WB over to a 48 stander and a 30 push. This setup makes more since and would optimize the use of the mowers.

I am looking at buying another walker this year to replace the old 1994 walker. I have 5 walkers 1 that is a parts machine. I run the 94 as with a 36 inch deck to get through gates. We nicknamed it moses because it is so slow but has done what we have wanted it to do over the last few years. I will set up my 2005 as 36 and new one will be a 42 inch. In the summer we run a 36 inch,42 bagger 42 muclcher and a 48 inch.

We would love to add a dump trailer, or dump truck. Will cut our dump times down tremendously!

I hope I am done with buying stuff for a while! But I just had to drop $70 on PPE for a tree trimming job, and I think I may look at getting the ECHO pole saw for my PAS2620. I burned through a lot of cash reserves with my 2018 postcards+stamps, though, so I am really going to try and not say 'OH BUSINESS EXPENSE, SWEET!' and buckle down unless I REALLY need something.

Id like to get a dump trailer and a mini skid steer but just wouldn't be feasible at this point.
