How to Get the Best and Most Profitable Route Density

As I mention in the video, I service about a 50 mile radius - but I only actually service two areas within that radius. And that's all because I'm making the most of my route density.

Not only that, but when I get calls from potential new clients, I start quoting a little higher than some of the existing clients I have, that are outside my optimum route, and are low-paying clients.

Mixing route density with this approach makes sure I'm only working with the most profitable clients, to make as much money as I can in the short period that is a usual season.
