When my old sprayer finally bit the dust, I needed a sprayer pretty quickly before the weeds started pumping up.
At my local Home Depot, I picked up the ECHO MS-401 Backpack Sprayer, with a 4-gallon tank.
There are a few things I like about this sprayer:
Pros
Easy to see how high or low your tank is
Two places to sit the sprayer on, top or side (the side one is great for in the truck)
Metal clip guard to stop accidental spraying
The handle on the lid
Cons
The pump doesn't go all the way up, so it's just left hanging down
