Hi guys, Wyatt here again, and today I want to share what I feel are the two most important mowings you'll do all year when it comes to keeping customers.

As you saw in the video, the first mowing you do is key for retaining customers. This is due to the simple fact that people make up their mind about you really quickly, and the impression you leave after that first mow is going to define how they see you for the rest of the year.

The second mowing is the last mowing of the season and, again, this is for a simple reason - it's the last impression you give your customer of you over the winter.

If you give them nothing but positive thoughts about your service over the quiet months, your name will be the first they think of when it comes to the new year, new season.
