Using Google Places Listings to Drive Business Leads

By Julio Tome from Cloverdale Mowing

When it comes to driving leads for your lawn care business, there are many options.

Flyers, advertising, social media, knocking on doors - all good ways to get new customers.

One of the best I've found is having a Google Places / Google My Business listing.

Having a Google Places listing is key, since these show up first when someone's searching for a lawn care business that's local to them.

Google also tries to ensure that any fake businesses aren't listed, by using a verification code sent to new business listings.

That helps Google realize you're a legitimate business, ensuring they show your business to potential new customers searching for your services.

Best of all, it's free!

I hope this quick tip helps, and happy mowing!
