Hi guys, James here from RPM Improvement Outdoor Services LLC, and today I want to share why attention to detail is so important.
This is especially true when it comes to talking to new clients, or potential new clients, which can often be at the end of the day.
We've learned this lesson over the years, as we've come across multiple jobs, projects, and quotes for customers.
As you can see by the video, if you don't take into account the smallest detail - the season your new customer is starting, the state of a job from when you sign to when you start - then you can end up ill-prepared for the job or, worse yet, out of pocket.
