When it comes to working with clients, there are a few ways we can go. Weekly or bi-weekly; one-off projects; or phased projects. The last type can really help get you more work, not only from the client you’re working for, but from their neighbors as well.
This is especially true if you work out the time needed for each phase, and price it accordingly. Some phases can be completed really quickly, and that can turn the project into an even more profitable one.
What about you guys - have you worked on phased projects before and, if so, how’d they go? I’d love to hear your examples.
