Hi guys, Dylan here from So-Low Cuts Landscaping, and today I want to share a quick and simple tip for sharpening your hedge trimmer blades.
With spring here now, we're going to be getting a lot of spring clean up jobs including shrubs and hedges, so now's the time to get those trimmer blades ready.
As you can see in the video, I'm working on the ECHO HC-2420 hedge trimmer, but these tips can pretty much be used across the board.
How to sharpen a hedge trimmer

You'll need a 5/16 socket and power tool

Use your eye protection

Clean the crud that's in the edges so you can sharpen the edges with your power tool
