If you’re starting in the asphalt business, handling big machines and working with high temperatures may sound intimidating. Doing this type of work every day requires keen attention and knowledge, this is why I want to share some advice you might find useful.
Today I’m using the Crafco EZ Pour 100 which works with oil instead of fire to heat the rubber, so if you’re interested in this kind of machine check the video where I walk you through its different parts and uses.
Now when it comes to filling cracks in the asphalt, make sure the machine is warmed up, the rubber is hot, and that the machine is properly pumping it.
