Should You Repair or Pay for Damage to Sprinkler Heads?

Hey guys, Josh here from Currivan Green Co, Inc, and I just wanted to talk about something I've seen a lot of questions about recently, and that's whether we should pay for sprinkler head damage we might cause.

The simple answer is No, we should charge for that service. Here's why.

 

So why do we charge for that service if it's us that caused the damage?

• It's the responsibility of the irrigation companies to make sure the sprinklers are below grade

• If they're popped up, that means they're malfunctioning, and should have been replaced

We will offer a discount of a customer has more than one service with is, but we'll still be charging.

Well, I hope that helps, guys, and I'd love to hear whether you repair or replace sprinkler heads for customers, or if you charge them for that service.
